The town board approved an updated off-premise permit for Gil's Food Market LLC after the business informed the board it had restructured ownership to an LLC.

Eva Abenor, representing Gil's Food Market, said she and her husband have owned the gas station since 2020 and recently changed the business structure to an LLC. "It's a gas station and we own it since 2020," Abenor said. Board members explained that changes in the business name or ownership structure require the permit holder to return to the board to document the change.

The applicant told the board Gil's uses an ID scanner and manual checks to verify age at point of sale and currently employs one person in addition to the owner and her husband. Hours were given as 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. The board moved and approved the permit reissuance; staff told the applicant when and where to pick up the revised permit.

The approval reassigned the off-premise permit to the LLC structure; the meeting record does not show additional conditions or appeals.
