The Lowell Planning Board considered an application by Lampex LLC for 22 Herd Street but the applicant submitted a written request to withdraw. A board member moved to allow the withdrawal without prejudice (Speaker 2), another member seconded (Speaker 5), and the board voted to allow withdrawal.

In other business the chair nominated 'Mister Pischette' to the zoning rewrite steering committee; the board seconded and voted to appoint him. The chair also congratulated Senior Planner Dylan Ricco on the birth of his son, Owen, before the board adjourned.
