Late in the meeting a motion was made and seconded to come out of the workshop. A voice vote was held and "aye" was recorded; no roll-call vote or named tallies were recorded in the transcript. The motion carried and the council moved on from the workshop portion of its agenda.

The workshop contained an informational presentation about the Jasper Telfair PDD and questions about a revised traffic impact study; council members requested additional documentation and no final land-use decisions were taken before the workshop was closed.
