"Madam chair, I make a motion to approve case number S1225Dash54, with the, contingency of the submittal of final sign mylar and ARC concurrence," a commissioner (unnamed) said when presenting the motion. A second was recorded, and the commission approved the motion by voice vote.
Staff had recommended approval contingent on the submittal of a final signed mylar and concurrence from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The motion adopted those contingencies as conditions of approval. The chair announced the approval and the meeting proceeded to adjourn.
