The Machesney Park Administration Finance Committee approved the Dec. 15, 2025 meeting minutes, approved a warrant totaling $788,930.13 and adjourned Jan. 5.

Miss Behn moved to approve the Dec. 15, 2025 minutes; Trustee Stromberg seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. The committee then considered a warrant totaling $788,930.13. Trustee Rhodes moved to approve the warrant; Mister Simons seconded. The committee approved the warrant by voice vote and the chair said it will be forwarded to that evening’s board meeting with a positive recommendation.

The chair invited reports and public comment; none were offered. Mister Simons moved to adjourn; Trustee Stromberg seconded and the committee adjourned by voice vote.
