Controller Bob Hart and Tony Dorough presented the annual compensation list. Speaker 3 moved to approve the annual compensation "as presented by mister Tony Dorough." The motion was seconded by Commissioner DiVello and carried by voice vote; the transcript records the motion carries and a verbal "Aye" from the board.

Commissioners asked whether the compensation list is posted publicly; a board member and staff noted it is a publicly available document and that HR could confirm posting practices. No roll-call vote or dollar amounts were included in the recorded discussion.
