Gage Hahn, an officer with Wakulla 4‑H, briefed the commissioners on the organization's 2025 accomplishments, saying 121 club members participated across 14 community clubs, about 101 youth attended day camps, and 73 county youth represented Wakulla at state and national competitions. Hahn highlighted first‑time events including a Clover Gala, a teen leadership summit and a new podcast.

Commissioner Nichols recognized animal‑control personnel and a citizen volunteer after six dogs were found dumped near Lake Ellen; staff and a citizen said five dogs were recovered and one was euthanized due to severe injury. The board thanked those involved and noted the community's support for animal‑control efforts.

These items were presented during the citizens‑to‑be‑heard and awards portions of the meeting and required no board action.
