Board approves $2.35 million in monthly payments and adopts interim tax-collector resolution

The Ambridge Area School District board approved the finance consent items presented Wednesday, including payment of district monthly bills totaling $2,350,584.87 and personnel payroll totaling $1,432,247.17. The board also approved cafeteria bills ($79,585.89) and cafeteria payroll ($62,123.44).
In addition the board adopted resolution number 20252026-O6, which appoints interim delinquent tax collectors and extends the deadline to file 2025 and 2026 returns with the Beaver County Tax Claim Bureau to April 20, 2026. Administration presented the resolution and the consent finance package; the board approved items 1–3 on roll call.
No amendments to the finance items were made during the meeting. Members confirmed the consent items by roll call before proceeding to committee reports.
