High school principal Dr. Zubcic was noted as having drafted the revised language based on earlier board direction; the board approved item #1 by roll call.
A board member (speaker 3) requested that the district consider longer-term curriculum and extracurricular enhancements, including encouraging participation in math competitions and reviewing STEM course offerings; administration responded that many policies are driven by PSBA updates and that curriculum specifics would be brought through the superintendent and administration for review.
