The board authorized the parks director to sign a contract with I‑55 Sports to provide umpire staffing and payroll services for tournaments, a contract the city estimated at about $23,000. The mayor was authorized to sign a lease for the amphitheater for a May 14 concert. The personnel docket and utility billing leak adjustments were approved. A claims docket totaling $2,134,663.81, including demand checks, was also approved by roll call.
