Magistrate continues Snell Trail culvert case and reaffirms fines for fill/outdoor storage case

The magistrate found legal service and evidence in the case file showing fill, outdoor storage and continued prohibited use; she assessed a continuing fine of $150 per day until compliance and reaffirmed unpaid administrative costs from prior hearings as well as awarding administrative costs for today's hearing in the amount cited in the record ($234.05).
The magistrate instructed town staff to include case files and cost recovery sheets in the orders she will sign, and she scheduled the relevant fine-assessment hearings as listed on the town calendar.
