Mayor-elect Robert Pequeno sworn in; cites parks, safety and affordable housing outreach

Pequeno said the city had strong fiscal health, referencing a municipal fiscal dashboard score and pledged to "keep the city debt free and safe" while working with council and staff. He also thanked named city staff and predecessors for their service.
