The Howard County Board of Commissioners approved multiple routine financial items and authorized a contract for ARPA reporting assistance.

The board approved salary claims of $1,185,679.58 and the same amount for payroll expense after motions and voice votes. Operating claims totaling $2,796,075.13 were also presented and approved by the commissioners.

County staff then introduced an agreement for part‑time contract services with Gabrielle DuPoy to assist on ARPA-related reporting and closeout tasks. A commissioner moved to accept the agreement and to authorize "Jack" to sign on behalf of the commissioners; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.

The county treasurer's monthly report ending Nov. 30, 2025, was marked presented and accepted. No grants were reported at the meeting.
