Planning staff identified three items: Feia Estates (Case 18 CP-25), a one‑lot subdivision at 4850 East 50 North; Rhodes Subdivision (Case 19 CP-25), a two‑lot subdivision at 9126 and 9156 West 200 South in Roosevelt; and Rome Subdivision (Case 16CZ-25), proposed to be rezoned from Agriculture (AG) to Rural Residential under Ordinance 2026-BCCO-01. After staff presentation and a check for public remonstrance, the board voted to approve the two subdivisions together and later approved the rezoning ordinance following a public comment opportunity.
Planning staff said there were no substantive objections during the public hearing on the subdivisions. The board handled the matters by motion and voice vote, with commissioners recording 'Aye' for approval. Paperwork and required signatures will be completed by county staff.
