Board appoints Lance Rupp to Holcomb‑Garden City‑Finney County planning commission

Commissioner (S8) moved to appoint Rupp to a three‑year term; a second was given and the board voted unanimously to approve the appointment. The chair thanked Rupp and said he would have the floor for a short time to address the commission when appropriate.
