Commission discussion noted Frontier had missed previous deadlines and that entry and attendance at meetings had been inconsistent in the prior year; staff and commissioners debated whether to set a specific date, extend to 60 days, or require Frontier to appear at the next Plan Commission meeting on Feb. 2 if work was not finished. After discussion, an unidentified commissioner moved to approve the extension through 01/31/2026; the motion was seconded and the commission approved the extension by roll call.
The permits covered by the motion were identified in discussion as numbers 22112 and 22131. During roll call, the members who answered in the affirmative included Erin Anacock, Brandy Paparath, Roseanne Bozak, Travis Dunlap, Michelle Watkins and Gordon McCormack. The commission scheduled routine follow‑up in the event the work is not complete by the extended date.
