Lincoln County commissioners approved a bundle of routine finance and procurement items, including accounts‑payable warrants, payroll and several public‑safety contracts and annual software subscriptions.

Finance staff presented Warrant 94 (total $207,417.05) — listing major line items including a PERS retirement payment ($79,311.53), a MAT funding payment (listed in packet as $60,779) and a Midcoast Hospital recovery‑coaching payment ($11,974.50) — and the board voted to approve. Warrant 96 ($36,412.88) to cover elevator repairs and recycling‑truck repairs, and small Warrant 97 ($175) were approved; the payroll warrant for the year (liability $295,097.90; overtime $20,888.95) was also approved after staff explained overtime spikes tied to past vacancies and shift changes.

The board approved a set of purchase authorizations recommended by the sheriff and finance staff: annual maintenance for a fingerprint LiveScan (IDEMIA) for $3,420; wiring and electronics installs for two police vehicles by Coastal Electronics (invoice amounts presented); Motorola Solutions subscriptions related to body and in‑car cameras ($2,700 and $8,100); and an annual maintenance/transition payment to Central Square (formerly IMC TriTech) for $41,473.89 to support records management and dispatch systems. The board also approved annual subscriptions for Lexipol training and a PowerDMS renewal ($9,087.15) to track training and policies. The D4H incident‑management subscription ($4,160) used for incident coordination during the recent windstorm was approved as well.

Administrators also moved and the board approved an ARPA payment authorization of $35,070.05 to the Community Resource Council navigator for Boothbay Peninsula, part of the county’s community navigator program that covers multiple towns. Several motions were recorded as moved, seconded and approved by unanimous voice votes.

Several items were discussed but deferred or noted for follow up: a marine services contract was postponed due to an absent chief; the planning office was asked to help evaluate public‑safety building site permitting matters before the county pursues purchase options.
