The Howard County Drainage Board accepted the Ashenfelter Subdivision Section 3 plan, which proposes a single-family home on a two-acre lot. Cross County representative Stacy Walton said construction notes were revised in response to prior comments and that geotechnical borings and tile work had been completed at the southeast corner of the property.

After board questions and no public opposition, a motion to accept the plan was made by Mr. Ollery and seconded by Mr. Byron; the board approved the plan by voice vote.

The acceptance allows the subdivision to proceed toward recording and any subsequent permitting steps required by county regulations.
