Project manager Amir Hamzic presented a resubmittal for Coding Logistics’ major development plan on Jan. 7. Hamzic said the proposal is for a new building on an area recently annexed and rezoned; planning staff raised minor comments but no outstanding major issues.
Applicant representative Josh Enott (with Kimmy Horn present) said stormwater details would be addressed during the construction site-plan (CSP) process and asked whether the resubmittal could still be scheduled for the February planning board; staff said they preferred the minor comments be resolved prior to the public hearing. Hamzic and the applicant agreed to address the noted items with the expectation of a February public hearing.
Staff also noted a minor lighting comment and asked that any lighting listed in the CSP match the approved list to avoid contradictions with the MS view process.
No formal approvals were recorded; staff directed the applicant to resolve planning and stormwater comments and to supply any remaining materials before the planning-board packet deadline.
