The building inspector presented the December 2025 report, citing fees collected of $1,515. The council voted to accept the building inspector’s report. The police operations report for December 2025 was presented showing local fees collected of $5,839.02; the council approved that report as well.
Council members discussed upcoming contract negotiations due April 30 and said the finance director has contacted stakeholders; meetings with the fire department and others have been scheduled. The council then considered approval of bills totaling $474,169.09. The clerk called roll; members recorded aye votes (Aldermen Demas/Dimas, Patak, Reynolds, Laverie, Jepsen and Crane), and the council approved payment.
