Finance staff: no project spending in December; boiler piping replaced at admin building

Finance staff said there "really hasn't been any change" in the district project accounts and that there was "no movement of money in December" for the stadium, Glen's Side and Cedarbrook projects because of outstanding permits and contracts. Staff said they updated project spreadsheets to include the names of contractors working on each job.
Facilities staff reported leaks involving piping through the boilers at the Administration Building and said piping had to be replaced down in the boiler area between the boiler and the Administration Building.
Committee members asked for continued coordination between facilities and finance as construction phases advance; there were no formal budget votes at the meeting.
