Staff reported the borough is eligible for a one‑time payment of $156,158.40 from the 2020 Alaska Pacific cod federal fishery disaster relief distribution (ordinance FY2026‑13) and $41,557.81 from the 2021 Chignik salmon fishery disaster distribution (ordinance FY2026‑14). The assembly adopted both ordinances by roll call vote; the votes recorded for each adoption were unanimous among the four members present.
Contracts and procurement actions
The assembly considered contract FY2026‑25 (landfill scale shack/platform replacement) with CCI Industrial Services LLC.
