In a series of votes the commission approved: Z25-56 (Stanley property rezoning from BCZ to RR for a 2-acre residential request), Z25-57 (Hahn property rezoning to neighborhood commercial B2 for about 3.3 acres), and Z25-59 (Lett property rezoning to B3 allowing a drive-through restaurant on about 2.1 acres in Lillian).
