County engineer reports rapid progress on cement stabilization; Roberts Group to start June 1

“Roberts Group is gonna come, June 1,” Speaker 2 said, and added that crews completed about a mile and a half of roadway in four days using an on‑site cement tanker that has improved delivery efficiency.
