Goodwill package and Key Investments: The board approved a future‑land‑use change, rezoning/plat and special‑use permit for Goodwill’s consolidated facility at 6402 Q Street (motions carried 5–0). Layovers: Staff recommended and the board approved layover for Mark Sanford Group’s rezoning at 2646 Y Street and HomeOpen’s office conversion at 2332 S. 24th Street to allow applicants to address application deficiencies and provide updated plans (votes 5–0).
Elections and minutes: The board elected officers for 2026 (chair and vice chair) by unanimous votes and approved premeeting and regular minutes from Dec. 3, 2025 (with one abstention recorded on the minutes vote). The meeting adjourned after the votes.
