• Resolution 1-26 — Elected Commissioner John O'Grady president of the board for 2026; adopted by voice/roll call (unanimous yes votes recorded in the transcript).
• Resolution 226 — Authorized a one-year contract (with four optional one-year renewals) with Veterinary Emergency Group LLC for after-hours and emergency animal medical care, not to exceed $160,000; adopted by roll call.
