City Manager Dan Creighton presented the slate of routine personnel and procurement items and recommended council approval. Creighton asked the council to reappoint Rocco Morelli and Wanda Brooks to the zoning board of appeals and to reappoint Andrea Gautau and Joseph Lucas to the city’s planning board for three-year terms, saying both sets of appointees "have served admirably."
