Nathan (staff) described the proposal as "a small 5 unit unit townhome development on Riverview Street, just east of 31," consisting of two buildings (a three‑unit and a two‑unit building). He said the plan commission reviewed the proposal in December and gave a positive recommendation. The ordinance, plat and site plans were presented together; the board approved them by roll call.
The approval authorizes the special use and associated platting and site plans as presented at the meeting. No variances, conditions or recorded public objections were discussed during the vote at the meeting.
