Dissolution of inactive special tax districts: Council approved third-reading ordinances to dissolve six special tax districts (Puckett27s Ferry 2025-33, Pinehurst 2025-34, Stony Point 2025-35, Summit Place 2025-36, Coral Creek 2025-37, and Kimbrook 2025-38). Planner Stephanie Dorn said three of those districts hold small remaining balances (Pinehurst ~$40.33; Stony Point ~$20.53; Kimbrook ~$2,486.72) and staff will return to council to appoint commissioners to allocate those funds within the year.
