Ross building reroof project. - Authorization of a contract with PFM Financial Advisors LLC for financial advisory services not to exceed $375,000 over a three-year term; staff clarified the amount is a not-to-exceed total combining transaction and planning work and that council authorizes debt issuances when appropriate. - A three-year agreement with Event Approvals Incorporated to provide e-permitting for special-event permits with an annual cost not to exceed $50,000.
Most items were briefed by staff or introduced on the council floor and approved by voice vote with little extended discussion.
