The York County Board of Commissioners approved a 22-item consent agenda during its Jan. 7 meeting, adopting routine renewals and administrative items for the new year by voice vote.
Chief Clerk Mister Dahl told commissioners the agenda contained 22 motions and highlighted six items from the facilities team related to maintenance agreements. "So, today, we have a total of 22 motions," Dahl said during his report.
Unidentified Speaker 4 moved to adopt items 1 through 22 as presented; the motion was seconded, the president called for 'aye' and, after vocal affirmation, said "Motion carries." No roll-call vote or individual tallies were recorded in the transcript.
After adjourning the commissioners' session, the board convened the county Salary Board. The salary board approved its Dec. 17, 2025 minutes and then voted to approve positions, salaries, hours of work and fringe benefits "as provided by existing collective bargaining agreements or as set forth in your county employee handbook or your county policy manual," per the motion read into the record. Those motions were carried by voice vote.
