"That went for 118,500," the staff member said during the meeting.
A committee member moved to accept the funds; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Members asked a few clarifying questions about the building's location relative to the post office and its small front lot where the septic is situated. No conditions or restrictions on the acceptance were announced in the meeting.
The committee did not discuss subsequent uses for the property in detail; one member asked who purchased it, and staff said Jody would have that information. The board did not take further action beyond accepting the proceeds.
