At the start of the meeting the chair asked for a motion to adopt the agenda; John Bennett moved to approve and Kathy Jo Locke seconded. The chair called for the voice vote, and members responded "aye." Later, the commission voted to approve the previous meeting’s minutes on a motion by Locke, seconded by Krentz; the chair said the motion was carried.
No members of the public were signed in for citizen comment, so the commission advanced to scheduled department reports. The meeting concluded with a brief discussion of other business and adjournment.
The commission did not take any other formal actions during the session.
