Clermont planning commission elects David Colby chair, Vincent Namick vice chair

No substantive policy actions were taken as part of the leadership elections; the commission proceeded to approve minutes from the Nov. 4, 2025 meeting and to its single substantive agenda item (a CUP for a food trailer).
