The board approved an application from Hardeep Singh of 34 Jackson Street after Mr. Singh produced an affidavit of posting and identification documents and testified that the accessory apartment is on the first floor and is currently occupied. A motion to approve was made and carried; the board told Singh to remove the notification sign and said he should expect a permit in a couple of weeks and a renewal review in three years.
The board also approved a separate application (recorded as the Swenton application) after the applicant submitted required documents and an inspection date of Dec. 8, 2025. The board approved that application by motion, with the chair noting a permit would issue in a couple of weeks and renewal would occur in three years.
Separately, the board processed a slate of renewals by affidavit and affidavits of transfer.
