The mayoral slate named Ron Brudleg to the Heritage Preservation Commission; a reappointment to the Human Rights Commission of (surname) Okoji; reappointments of Katie Dorschner and Yvonne Weber to their respective boards; reappointments and new appointments to the Monument Cemetery Commission and Parks and Rec; and appointments to planning and utility commissions. The Monument Cemetery Commission had reviewed related cemetery rules earlier and recommended revisions.
The council approved the confirmations by voice vote. No votes against or abstentions were recorded in the meeting transcript for these motions. The council president thanked the appointees for agreeing to serve.
The confirmations are effective immediately unless otherwise specified by individual commission rules, and additional vacancies were noted as forthcoming later in the year.
