Building and planning staff told commissioners that the county’s Flood Hazard Management Plan (originally from 2021) has been updated to incorporate information requested in a recent workshop and that the revised plan will be on the consent agenda for adoption. Staff said they have worked with state Department of Ecology contacts and expect the plan revisions to be reviewed and signed off.
Staff also noted an item to reappoint Mark Smith to the planning commission for a four-year term. The planner said these items have been workshopped and are being placed on consent for routine adoption.
Commissioners confirmed the consent placement and thanked staff for the updates.
