Applicant asks Planning Commission to defer TNT Marine Center zoning item

Because the applicant itself asked for the deferral, commissioners did not debate the merits of the proposal at this meeting. The postponement means the public hearing record will remain open until the item returns and the applicant will be required to re‑file or re‑advertise only if the schedule is altered by staff.
