Council considered several subdivision and development items and approved acceptance or conditional acceptance in three distinct cases.
Fields: Staff described outstanding items for the Fields final plan, including a balance due on the inspection/testing agreement, needed revisions to maintenance and performance guarantees, and minor plan edits. The applicant requested the final plan be signed and recorded once the three conditions are met. A board member moved to approve the final plan subject to those conditions and the motion passed.
Shiloh's Corner: A presenter requested acceptance of as-built documents and acceptance of dirt work, storm sewer, erosion control, survey monuments and street signs, and asked for release of performance guarantees and acceptance of maintenance guarantees; plans were dated 11/24/2025. Council reviewed Paul Piondi's January 5 memo listing proposed conditions and moved to accept the improvements subject to those conditions; the motion passed.
Honey Creek Farm Section 4: Greg Winter, speaking for Honey Creek Farm, requested acceptance of a performance guarantee for erosion control and approval and execution of inspection and testing agreements. Council moved and approved the acceptance of those guarantees and agreements.
What happens next: In all three cases, staff will confirm completion of the stated conditions (payment, revisions, and final plan edits) before signing and recording final plats or releasing/accepting guarantees.
