3) Missing ordinance details (severity: medium): Bill 012026 was recorded and voted on but the transcript did not include a line-item dollar amount or full ordinance language. Fix: Articles state that the transcript did not provide amounts and recommend consulting the clerk’s ordinance file; the budget article marks amounts as "not specified."
4) Procedural clarity (severity: low): Several roll-call tallies and sponsor attributions are recorded; the audit confirmed those vote tallies and sponsors and ensured actions[] items match recorded votes.
5) Out-of-context risks (severity: low): Some public-comment quotes are technical; articles include context and note that no staff response was recorded in the transcript.
All identified issues were addressed in the final articles by limiting attributions when uncertain, adding clarifying_details, and flagging missing documentary details for follow-up. No new factual assertions were introduced beyond the transcript.
