S1 moved to adopt 'resolution 20 six-two' to establish a public hearing to consider vacating easements at 801 6th Street SW and 1555 21st Street SW. The motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded as affirmative by the named members.
Next steps: The council will proceed with required public-notice steps and a hearing on the proposed easement vacations; staff will identify which easements can legally be vacated and which storm- and drainage-related easements must remain.
