Lockport council swears in Robin Lipp and approves consent agenda including minutes and appointments

Council also included on the consent or action list for the Jan. 21 meeting the appointment of Robin Lipp to the vacant seat and staff items such as a memorandum of understanding with Main Street for shared costs at the Illinois State Museum campus and an extension of valet-parking services. No additional debate was recorded on those consent items.
The meeting concluded routine business and proceeded to place remaining items for future action as appropriate. The council adjourned following a final roll call.
