Economic and Housing Development legislative coordinator Brandy Daniel told the council that a previously noted discrepancy in unit cost language was a typographical error and that the correct figure on the document should be $15 per square foot.
Council did not record a final vote during the pre-meeting; Ramos requested the administration provide follow-up information before the council's next hearing and staff committed to return with a timeline and details on enforcement steps and cleanup.
