At its January session the Lawrenceburg City Historic Preservation Commission approved the minutes from the prior meeting and conducted officer elections for chair, vice chair and secretary.

A member moved to accept the minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Members then nominated and voted to confirm Gail Stevens as chair, Tim Denning as vice chair and Sally Johns as secretary.
