"When the president signs the budget, hopefully, in 2 more weeks, you'll have $800,000 coming directly to the city of Struthers in that budget," she said.
Crystal introduced Matthew Ellis, whom she identified as the city’s account manager and grant writer. Ellis described local engagement with department heads and flagged potential large projects, including a proposed health clinic and riverfront development ideas that could require competitive capital grants.
