The RDC convened on Jan. 7 and, after an amended agenda was adopted to add reappointment of counsel and review of the draft 2026 operating budget, confirmed reappointments by county bodies and elected officers for the year.
During roll call the chair declared a quorum and announced that county council and county commissioners had reappointed all current RDC members. The chair said the board "are all gonna be rebonded as well," and the commission proceeded to routine housekeeping.
