Planning Commission honors outgoing member Greg Hildebrand for six years of service

The Planning Commission opened the meeting with a resolution of appreciation for Commissioner Greg Hildebrand, who leaves the commission after more than six years of service (03/01/2019–02/28/2025). Chair Scouse read the resolution and commissioners and guests offered brief tributes praising Hildebrand’s leadership on the climate action plan, affordable housing policies and design‑standards work. Director Kelly and visiting city council member Urban Carmel also thanked Hildebrand for his collaboration with staff and community service. The recognition was presented at the start of the Feb. 25 meeting.
