The board approved an add-on agenda item on Jan. 7 renewing the city's professional services agreement with FSG for 2026. Staff said the amounts in the renewal are the same as 2025 and presented the agreement for legal review.

City legal counsel told the board the agreement was reviewed and is consistent with prior years' contracts: "That's along the same lines as what we've had with FSG in the past...the rates that are indicated there are within industry standards, and I would recommend approval on," counsel said. The board moved, seconded and approved the renewal as presented.

The meeting record contains no additional contract detail such as a contract number, scope amendments, or aggregate annual cost beyond the counsel's statement that rates match 2025. The board approved sending the agreement to the mayor for execution as appropriate.
