The item was discussed at the Committee of the Whole earlier and was eligible for adoption; the board moved and seconded the ordinance and approved it by roll call. The annexation will be effective on the date of passage.
No public comment on the annexation was recorded at the meeting. The property lies in the Kimberly Heights neighborhood and will be subject to R‑1 zoning regulations once annexed.
