The committee moved forward an agreement with GK Development Properties LLC related to the Interstate Sports Dome, and a separate annexation petition for 16441 Ridgeland Avenue. Community development staff reported the property owner has paid required caps and impact fees; upon annexation the lot will receive the most restricted residential zoning and any existing structures will be treated as illegal nonconformities subject to local code review. Trustees recorded no substantive questions during discussion.
